PTI heart challenge #1

First of my four cards for the PTI anniversary challenge #7. It is friend Valentine card. The sentiment is saying Friends are flowers in the garden of life. I used flowers and leaves from Beautiful Blooms II set and I used Journaling lines set to create the stem :-))
